We provide a comprehensive start-up service designed to take your pool from "Winter Mode" to "Running Mode" in a single visit.

What Our Service Includes:

• Cover Removal: We carefully remove your winter cover (safety mesh or solid tarp), rinse it off, fold it, and stow it away for you.

• Deck Equipment: Installation of ladders, handrails, and diving boards.

• Plumbing Reassembly: We remove winterizing plugs/gizzmos and reinstall return eyeballs, skimmer baskets, and drain plugs.

• System Start-Up: We prime the pump, fire up the filter, and inspect the heater.

• Safety Check: We visually inspect all equipment for cracks, leaks, or freeze damage that may have occurred over the winter.

• Chemical Shock: We add a high-dosage "Opening Shock" to kill winter bacteria and begin the clearing process. Plus the best algaecide 60 on the market.

Important: How to Prepare for Our Arrival

To ensure we can open your pool successfully, please ensure the following before we arrive:

1. Bring Water Levels Up: Please use your garden hose to fill the pool midway up the skimmer tile. We cannot start the pump or check for leaks if the water level is too low.

2. Unlock the Gate: Ensure we have access to the backyard and the power breaker panel.

3. Leave Out Equipment: Please leave your skimmer baskets, eyeballs, and drain plugs near the pump (if they aren't stored in the pump basket).

A Note on Water Clarity

"Will my pool be clear immediately?" Opening the pool gets the water moving, but not necessarily clean. If your pool is green or filled with heavy leaf debris, the filter will need time to work.

Does your pool look like a swamp? You may need to add our [Initial Vacuum Service] to your booking to remove heavy winter sludge.
