Ordering, Pricing & Payment
How do I book a service? ▼
The easiest way is to order directly on our website — browse our services, add to cart, and check out. Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and schedule your service date. You can also call or text us at (570) 592-5988 or fill out our Service Request Form and we'll reach out to you.
Are the prices on your website final? ▼
Prices listed on our website are accurate estimates for most standard pools but are not a guaranteed final price until we have reviewed your specific pool and confirmed the scope of work. Final pricing is always confirmed before any payment is collected. We will never charge more than the agreed price without your explicit approval — no surprises.

Pool Opening
What does your pool opening service include? ▼
Our standard inground pool opening includes cover removal, reconnecting and starting up all equipment, removing winterizing plugs, reinstalling fittings and return jets, starting the pump and filter system, and an initial water test. Add-ons like initial vacuum, filter cleaning, salt cell cleaning, equipment inspection, and post-opening water balance follow-up are available separately.
When should I book my pool opening in NEPA? ▼
We recommend booking your opening as early as February or March to secure your preferred May date. Our spring schedule fills up fast — especially for Memorial Day weekend slots, which are the most requested dates of the year. The earlier you book, the better chance you have of getting the exact date you want.
Do I need to be home for my pool opening? ▼
You do not need to be home for most pool openings — just make sure we have gate access to your backyard. We'll send a reminder text the day before and a heads-up when we're 30 minutes away. After every opening you'll receive a digital service report documenting exactly what was done and current equipment status.
What add-ons do you recommend at pool opening? ▼
The add-ons we recommend most at opening are:
Initial Vacuum — most pools come out of winter with debris on the bottom that needs to be vacuumed before the water clears.
Filter Cleaning — a filter that hasn't been cleaned since last fall will struggle all season.
Salt Cell Cleaning — for salt pool owners, a dirty cell means poor chlorine production all season.
Post-Opening Water Test & Balance Follow-Up — chemistry almost always needs tweaking 5–7 days after opening. This visit ensures your water is truly balanced before swim season starts.

Pool Closing
When should I close my inground pool in Northeast Pennsylvania? ▼
In NEPA, we recommend closing your inground pool when overnight temperatures consistently drop below 60°F — typically mid to late September through October. Closing too early risks algae growth from warm water. Closing too late risks freeze damage to equipment and plumbing. If you're unsure of the right timing for your specific pool setup, call us and we'll advise based on your equipment and location.
What does your pool closing service include? ▼
Our standard inground pool closing includes blowing out all plumbing lines, winterizing all equipment, adding closing chemicals, lowering the water level, installing winterizing plugs, disconnecting equipment, and covering the pool. A properly winterized pool protects your plumbing, equipment, and liner from NEPA's freeze-thaw cycles all winter long.
What happens if I don't properly winterize my inground pool? ▼
Improperly winterized pools in NEPA are at serious risk of cracked pipes, damaged equipment, and liner damage from freeze-thaw cycles. Water left in plumbing lines expands when it freezes and can crack PVC pipes and fittings — repairs that often run $500–$2,000+. A proper closing by a specialist is far less expensive than the alternative.
Vinyl Liner Replacement
How much does inground vinyl liner replacement cost in NEPA? ▼
Inground vinyl liner replacement in Northeast Pennsylvania typically ranges from $4,000 to $7,500 depending on your pool shape, size, depth, and liner pattern. Irregular shapes, deep pools, and premium Latham patterns cost more than standard rectangular pools with basic patterns. Every job starts with a free on-site measurement visit and quote — call us at (570) 592-5988 to schedule yours.
How long does inground vinyl liner replacement take? ▼
The installation itself typically takes one to two days. Add 2–3 weeks lead time for the liner to be custom-fabricated after measurement. After installation your pool needs to be filled and water balanced — you'll typically be swim-ready within 48–72 hours of installation being completed.
How long will my new liner last in NEPA's climate? ▼
In NEPA's climate, a properly installed and maintained inground vinyl liner typically lasts 8–12 years. Key factors that extend liner life include consistent water chemistry, proper winterization every fall, and keeping the pool free of abrasive debris. Liners that are chemically shocked with the pump off or improperly winterized will fail significantly sooner.
What liner brands do you install? ▼
We are a certified Latham liner installer with access to their full pattern catalog — over 100 patterns from classic solid blues to modern geometric and tile prints. Latham is one of the most respected liner manufacturers in the industry and their products are built to hold up in demanding climates like ours.
What's the best time of year to replace my inground pool liner? ▼
The best window for liner replacement in NEPA is late April through early June or September. Liner installation requires temperatures above 50°F for the vinyl to stretch and seat correctly. Cold vinyl is stiff and won't conform properly. We recommend booking in late winter to secure a May slot — our liner calendar fills up fast once spring arrives.
Chemicals & Delivery
Do you deliver chemicals? ▼
Yes — we offer local chemical delivery across Northeast Pennsylvania including Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Dallas, Harveys Lake, Mountain Top, Clarks Summit, Pittston, and surrounding communities. Delivery is typically available within 24 hours of your order. Same day delivery may be available for orders placed before noon — call us at (570) 592-5988 to check availability.
Can I pick up chemicals instead of having them delivered? ▼
Yes — local pickup is available. Place your order online and we'll contact you within 24 hours to let you know your order is ready for pickup. We'll confirm all pickup details by phone or text when we reach out.
What chemical packages do you offer? ▼
We offer chlorine season packages for 15,000, 25,000, and 35,000 gallon pools in quarter, half, and full season sizes — all pre-bundled and delivered. We also offer salt pool startup kits for 15K, 25K, and 35K gallon salt pools, and a pool opening chemical kit with exactly what our techs use on every opening. All chemical packages are available on our website under Chemical Packages.
What chemical brands do you carry? ▼
We carry E-Z Clor chemicals — tablets, shock, algaecide, pH Up, Alkalinity Up, Calcium Elevator, and Stabilizer — and Aqua Salt for salt pool owners. These are the same products our technicians use on every service visit.
Weekly Maintenance
What does your weekly maintenance service include? ▼
Our full season weekly maintenance includes on-site water testing and chemical balancing, pool vacuuming, skimming, brushing walls and steps, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, and equipment inspection on every visit. After each visit you receive a digital service report showing exactly what was tested, what was added, and current chemical levels.
Do I need to be home for weekly maintenance visits? ▼
No — you do not need to be home for weekly maintenance. Just ensure we have consistent gate access to your pool. You'll receive a notification when we're on the way and a digital report after every visit so you always know exactly what was done.
Are chemicals included in the weekly maintenance price? ▼
Chemicals are billed separately from the weekly maintenance service fee. When our technician visits your pool, any chemicals added are documented in your service report and billed at our standard chemical pricing. This ensures you only pay for what your pool actually needs each week rather than a flat chemical fee regardless of usage.
