Do you handle the permits?
Yes — we file all permit paperwork with your township and follow it through to approval. Most Eastern PA municipalities clear in 2–4 weeks. You don't deal with the township office; we do.
What does a fiberglass pool cost?
A typical Latham fiberglass install in Eastern PA runs $45,000–$90,000 depending on pool size, equipment package, and site work. Vinyl liner pools start a bit lower, $35,000–$70,000. We offer financing and provide detailed written proposals — no guesswork.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available for qualified buyers, with multiple term options. We can walk you through it during your consultation — most customers find it makes the project much more comfortable to budget for.
What about Pennsylvania winters?
Latham fiberglass pools are engineered for cold-climate ground freeze. We handle the closing every fall (proper winterization, equipment blow-out, safety cover) and the opening every spring. Many of our pools have been in the ground 15+ NEPA winters without a hiccup.
How deep do the pools go?
Most Latham fiberglass models range from 3'4" in the shallow end to 5'8"–6'8" in the deep end depending on the model. Sport models like the Belize 32 go a bit deeper. Diving pools are vinyl liner only — fiberglass models aren't rated for diving.
