Place your order through our secure checkout

Complete your order through our Shopify checkout. You'll receive an automatic order confirmation email immediately confirming we received your request. For services, no payment is collected at this stage — placing an order simply holds your spot in our schedule.

We contact you within 24 hours to confirm and schedule

After you place a service order, a member of our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm the details of your job, answer any questions, verify your address and pool access, and schedule your service date. For chemical orders, we'll confirm your delivery or pickup window at this stage.

💡 We'll reach out by phone or text — whichever you prefer. If you have a specific date request, gate access instructions, or anything special about your property, let us know at this point.

We send your invoice for payment

Once your service is scheduled and confirmed, we'll send a secure payment link by email. Payment is due before or on the day of service. Chemical orders are paid in full at checkout. Final pricing is always confirmed before your invoice is sent — if anything about your pool requires a price adjustment, we discuss it with you first. No surprises.

You'll receive a reminder text the day before your service and a heads-up when we're 30 minutes away. You don't need to be home for most services — just make sure we have gate access to your pool. For services, no — placing an order reserves your spot but no payment is collected until after we contact you, confirm all details, and agree on final pricing. We then send a secure payment link by email. For chemical orders, payment is collected at checkout when you place the order.
Are the prices on your website final?
Prices on our website are accurate estimates for most standard pools but are not a guaranteed final price until we've reviewed your specific pool and confirmed the scope of work. Final pricing is always confirmed before any payment is collected — we will never charge more than the agreed price without your explicit approval.
How quickly will you contact me after I order?
We aim to contact every new order within 24 hours by phone or text. During peak season — April and May for openings, September and October for closings — it may occasionally take slightly longer, but we always follow up on every order placed.
Can I order chemicals and a service at the same time?
Yes — add both to your cart and check out together. If you order a chemical package alongside a pool opening, just let us know when we contact you and we'll coordinate chemical delivery at the same time as your service visit where possible.
What if I'm not sure which service or package I need?
Call or text us at (570) 592-5988 and we'll walk you through it. You can also fill out our Service Request Form and describe what you need — we'll recommend the right service and get back to you promptly.
