The Ordering Process — Step by Step

Browse our services or chemical packages and select what you need. Read through what's included, check the estimated pricing, and add it to your cart. If you're not sure what you need, call us at (570) 592-5988 and we'll point you in the right direction.

💡 Not sure which chemical package is right for your pool? Check your pool's gallon capacity — it's usually in your original pool paperwork or you can estimate it based on pool size.

Place your order online

Complete your order through our secure Shopify checkout. You'll receive an automatic order confirmation email right away confirming we received your request. No payment is collected at this stage for services — chemical orders are paid at checkout.

💡 For services, placing an order holds your spot in our schedule. The earlier you book, the better your chance of getting your preferred date — especially in spring when our calendar fills up fast.

We contact you to confirm & schedule

After you place a service order, a member of our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm the details of your job, answer any questions, verify your address and pool access, and schedule your service date. For chemical deliveries, we'll confirm your delivery window at this stage too.

💡 We'll reach out by phone or text — whichever you prefer. If you have a specific date request or any special instructions about your property, this is the time to let us know.

We send your invoice for payment

Once your service is scheduled and confirmed, we'll send you a secure payment link by email. Payment is due before or on the day of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. Chemical orders are paid in full at checkout.

💡 Final pricing is confirmed before your invoice is sent. If anything about your pool requires an adjustment to the estimated price, we will always discuss it with you first — no surprises.

We show up & get it done

You'll receive a reminder text the day before your service and a heads-up when we're 30 minutes away. You don't need to be home for most services — just make sure we have gate access. After every service visit you'll receive a digital report showing exactly what was done.
