Every salt cell eventually accumulates calcium scale on its titanium plates — and a scaled cell produces less chlorine. With a traditional opaque cell, the only way to check the plates is to shut the system down, unscrew the cell, and physically inspect it. The S3 eliminates all of that. Its transparent housing lets you see the internal plates at a glance while the system is running — spotting calcium buildup, checking chlorine production, and confirming the cell is working, all without touching a wrench.
