"Can you just give me a price over the phone?"
We can quote standard services like a filter clean or pool opening over the phone. But for repairs — a humming pump, a heater that won't click on — it's impossible to know the cause without testing the equipment. We'd rather be accurate than give you a low number and change it when we arrive.
"What if you can't fix it?"
In the rare case that equipment is obsolete or beyond repair, the dispatch fee covers our consultation and professional recommendation for the best replacement unit that fits your existing plumbing and electrical setup.
"Do I have to be home?"
No. As long as we have access to the backyard and the breaker panel, we can perform the diagnosis and follow up with a call or email with our findings and a quote for your approval.
