Step 1 — UV Light
A high-intensity UV lamp blasts water passing through the unit, destroying the DNA of bacteria, viruses, and chlorine-resistant parasites like Cryptosporidium on contact.
Step 2 — Ozone
Ozone (O₃) is generated simultaneously and injected into the water flow — a powerful oxidizer that attacks and breaks down organic contaminants, body oils, sunscreen, and chloramines.
Step 3 — Hydroxyl Radicals
