2

📏 On-Site Measurement

Week 1 • 1 Hour

We come to YOUR pool and measure every inch — corners, depths, steps, swimouts. This is how we guarantee a custom-fit liner with no wrinkles or gaps. Always free, no obligation.

3

🎨 Pattern Selection & Quote

Week 1 • Same Day

We bring sample books from Pocono Pool Products so you can pick your pattern, thickness, and any add-ons. Then we give you a written quote on the spot — no fine print, no surprises.

4

🏭 Liner Manufacturing

Weeks 2–4 • Made-to-Order

Pocono Pool Products manufactures your liner to your exact dimensions. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the season. We schedule your install date during this period.

5

🔧 Drain & Prep

Install Day 1 • Morning

We drain your pool, remove the old liner, and inspect every wall panel, faceplate, and surface. Any repairs needed are quoted upfront. Pool floor is smoothed and prepped for the new liner.

6

✨ Liner Install

Install Day 1 • Afternoon

The new liner is unrolled, positioned, and vacuum-sealed into place. We install new faceplates and gaskets so everything is fresh. This is the magic — your pool transforms in hours.

7

💧 Fill & Start-Up

Install Day 2 • 24–36 Hours

We fill the pool (or you can do it yourself — your call), then balance the water, start up the equipment, and make sure everything's running perfectly. The King of Chlorine handles the chemistry himself.

🏊

Dive In!

Same Week • Pool Ready

Your pool is ready to swim. New liner, balanced water, fresh hardware — like a brand new pool. Most jobs are start-to-finish in 3–5 weeks from first call, with just 1–2 days of actual install time.

Frequently Asked

How long does a liner last?

Typical lifespan is 8–12 years for a 20-mil liner, 12–15+ years for 27-mil. Your liner's life depends on chemical balance, sunlight exposure, and pool usage.

Can you do it during the season?

Yes! We do liner replacements all season long. Spring and fall are popular, but mid-summer installs are common too — you'll only be out of the pool for a few days.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Just clear the pool deck so we have working room. We handle everything else — draining, hauling, install, water balance. You sit back and watch the magic.

What if you find damage during install?

We always inspect walls and floor when the old liner comes out. If we find damage, we stop and quote the repair before continuing. No surprise charges, ever.

Do you offer financing?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo (@Jay-Dougherty, code 6092), check, and cash. Ask about payment plans if needed — we work with our customers.
