Return Policy & Shipping Policy
Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Blue Bottom Pools you agree to the terms outlined below.
🚫 All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Blue Bottom Pools are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any products or services once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
No Return Policy
Blue Bottom Pools does not offer returns or exchanges on any items — including pool chemicals, equipment, parts, vinyl liners, cleaning supplies, or service bookings. All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
Pool Chemicals
Due to the nature of pool chemicals and safety regulations, all chemical products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they have been opened.
Pool Equipment & Parts
All equipment, replacement parts, motors, filters, pumps, salt cells, and related products are sold as final sale. We encourage you to confirm compatibility before purchasing. If you have questions, call us before you buy.
Vinyl Liners
Vinyl liners are custom-ordered to your pool's specific measurements and shape. As a made-to-order product, vinyl liners cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Services
All service bookings — including pool openings, closings, maintenance visits, and service calls — are non-refundable once scheduled. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at (570) 592-5988.
Chemical Packages
Seasonal chemical packages and bundle orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed and confirmed.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you believe you received an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right. This does not apply to customer ordering errors, incompatibility issues, or change of mind.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Blue Bottom Pools offers local pickup and local delivery exclusively within the state of Pennsylvania. We do not ship or deliver outside of Pennsylvania under any circumstances.
Local Pickup
Orders may be arranged for local pickup across our Northeast Pennsylvania service area. Pickup details will be confirmed after your order is placed.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to inground pool owners across our NEPA service area, including Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Clarks Summit, Pittston, Dallas, Harvey's Lake, Mountain Top, North Pocono, and surrounding communities.
Out-of-State Orders
We do not ship or deliver outside of Pennsylvania. Orders placed from outside of PA will not be fulfilled and will be refunded in full. If you are unsure whether your location is within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.
